Here we go. When you write your comment/story, maybe try to begin with the phrase "My tenant taught me...", or whatever. And let if go from there.

My tenants taught me that not everyone understands how a furnace works. We recently got a complaint from a new tenant that their furnace was working backwards. They were convinced that their furnace was working backwards because steam was blowing out of the whit pipe on the side of the house and their living room was not warm. We explained that it was normal for seam to come out of the vent pipe and that if they wanted their living room to be warm they needed to open the register vent.
